AI is judge, jury, and executioner in the future’s criminal justice system as MGM Studios releases the official second trailer for their upcoming film Mercy. View trailer below.

In the near future, a detective (Chris Pratt) stands on trial accused of murdering his wife. He has 90 minutes to prove his innocence to the advanced A.I. Judge (Rebecca Ferguson) he once championed, before it determines his fate.

Totally forgot to post the first trailer for this movie when it originally came out. So, I’d made sure that I did one for this second trailer. I do like the concept idea premise for this movie as it does look quite intriguing and (to be honest) a bit scary. This new trailer showcases plenty of new footage from the feature, with plenty of action scenes that look pretty insane. Definitely goanna be an interesting movie, especially to sort of “kick start” the movie year as the first major blockbuster title of 2026. Can’t wait to see it.
